Orders & Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
Currently we ship to the UK, USA & Canada - but we are working on opening up to mainland Europe very soon!
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days.
For most destinations, orders arrive within 5-7 business days. Current shipping estimates can be found on each product page.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. We are proud to offer free shipping to the UK, USA and Canada with no minimum order!
Can I return my order?
We really hope you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not for any reason, we offer free 14-day returns - no questions asked!
If you have a problem with your order, or if you'd like to make a return - please contact us.
Will I pay any customs fees?
No. All of our international shipments are shipped with customs fees pre-paid. So the price you see at the checkout is the full price you pay.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You will be sent tracking information via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
You can track your order from within your account, or from our order tracking page.
Why have I received multiple tracking numbers?
Sometimes, your order may be split into multiple shipments. You will be sent separate tracking emails for each of your shipments.
Can I amend my order?
Your order is passed on to our fulfilment partners automatically as soon as it is placed. Therefore, we may be unable to amend your order once it has been processed.
If you would like to request any changes to your order, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible.
Rug Info & Care
What are your rugs made of?
All or our rugs are made from 100% acrylic yarn. This yarn is super soft under foot, whilst remaining durable, colour-fast and easy to clean.
Where are your rugs manufactured?
All our rugs are produced via our manufacturing partners in mainland China.
How do I look after my rug?
In order to keep your rug vibrant and soft for years to come, we recommend regular cleaning.
Vacuum regularly (avoid the use of any spinning brush attachments as this may pull up some of the yarns)
Clean up any liquid spills as soon as possible, by dabbing with a dry cloth.
Keep away from sources of extreme heat (eg fireplaces)
Are they machine washable?
Yes! All our rugs are machine washable.
Simply place the rug into the washing machine, and set is on a cold wash (30C / 96F). Many washing machines will have a 'Wool' or 'Hand Wash' setting.
Do not use any washing detergent
We do not advise washing alongside any other items.
Leave to air-dry in a shaded area.
Do not tumble dry!
Can I put them in a tumble dryer?
Our rugs are not suitable for tumble drying.
Are they suitable for use as bath mats?
Many of our customers do use our rugs as bath mats.
However, we recommend drying your rug thoroughly between uses.
