We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days.
For most destinations, orders arrive within 5-14 business days. Current shipping estimates can be found here.

Wherever possible, all orders will be shipped with import fees & duties paid.

Absolutely. You will be sent tracking information via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Sometimes, your order may be split into multiple shipments. You will be sent separate tracking emails for each of your shipments.

Your order is passed on to our fulfilment partners automatically as soon as it is placed. Therefore, we may be unable to amend your order once it has been processed.
If you would like to request any changes to your order, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible.

Once we receive your return, we will process all refunds within 3-5 working days. All refunds will be made to the original payment method. Most banks take 3-5 working days to reflect refunds (although some banks/credit cards may take longer).
